Modhelm is a Discord bot with a web dashboard that helps Roblox game teams handle reports, bans and unban requests fairly and consistently. Many game teams would benefit from it but have not heard of us yet. In this sales role you identify Roblox games and Discord communities, speak with the people who run them, present Modhelm and support them through onboarding. This is a volunteer role in our project, not employment.
Your responsibilities
- Identify Roblox game teams and Discord communities that would benefit from Modhelm.
- Contact owners and administrators only where outreach is welcome: business channels, contact forms, or after asking for permission first.
- Present Modhelm with a short demo, walk teams through the setup and answer their questions.
- Support new teams through their first steps until Modhelm is running on their server.
- Report every week on the conversations you had and the feedback you received, so we can improve Modhelm for these teams.
No spam
- No mass direct messages and no copied messages to people you do not know.
- No advertising in servers that did not ask for it.
- You follow the Discord Terms of Service and the rules of every server you are part of.
- When someone declines, the conversation ends there. One satisfied server matters more to us than ten annoyed ones.
What we expect
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You know Discord and Roblox communities well.
- You write clear, professional English. German is an advantage.
- You are reliable and respond within one day.
- You stay courteous when someone is not interested, and you never send spam.
- You report on your activities every week.

How to apply
Select Apply and sign in with Discord. The application covers one short topic per screen and takes about ten minutes. Your answers stay in your browser until you submit them.
