Modhelm is a Discord bot with a web dashboard that helps Roblox game teams handle reports, bans and unban requests fairly. Before every release, the new version goes through a beta phase of seven days. As a Beta Tester you use that version on one of your own servers, test the new features before anyone else and help us release them without bugs. This is a volunteer role in our project, not employment.
How the beta program works
- Every release starts with a beta phase of seven days. You have beta access during that phase. Between releases there is no beta access.
- You test on testing.modhelm.com and sign in there with your Discord account.
- You choose one of your servers as your beta server. During the beta phase it runs the newest version of the Modhelm bot and the new dashboard features, for that server only.
- It is the same Modhelm bot you already use. There is nothing extra to invite or install.
- During the beta phase you manage your beta server on testing.modhelm.com. Your other servers stay on the normal release and are not affected.
- During the beta all Pro features are free on your beta server, and the server keeps lifetime Pro as a thank you for your contribution.
Who we are looking for
- Bug hunters who enjoy finding what breaks and describing it precisely.
- People who moderate a Roblox game or a Discord community every day and want to test new features first.
Your responsibilities
- Test the new features of every release on your beta server during its beta phase.
- Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce them, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Share feedback on new features: what works well, what is unclear and what is missing.
- Keep unreleased features confidential until they are released.
Start of the program
The beta program starts once our Roblox integration has been approved. Accepted testers receive the start date from us directly.
What we expect
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You use Modhelm daily or very regularly during the beta phases.
- You write clear, reproducible bug reports.
- You are reliable and test within the beta phase.
- You treat unreleased features as confidential.
What we offer
- Early access to every new feature, seven days before each release.

How to apply
Select Apply and sign in with Discord. The application covers one short topic per screen and takes about ten minutes. Your answers stay in your browser until you submit them.
